PUBLIC NOTICE

Pursuant to A.R.S. § 9-462.04, notice is hereby given to the members of the Town of Duncan Town Council and to the general public that the Duncan Common Council will hold a Public Hearing open to the public at Duncan Town Hall on Thursday, Dec. 14, 2023 at 4:00 p.m. concerning the Re-Zoning of Parcel 500-32-017O, 124 N. Hwy 75, Duncan, AZ.  Parcel will be re-zoned from Duncan Residential Zone (DR) to Commercial Zone (C).
