The Town of Duncan welcomes small business and entrepreneurship. Our annual business license fee is only $50, whether for a commercial location or a home-based business. A license must be issued before you can lawfully engage in business in the Town of Duncan. Licenses are not transferable. A separate license is required for each business. The annual business license fee for businesses selling liquor is $125.
The annual business license fee is payable by December 31st of each year, for the following year. Federal ID # and State of Arizona Sales Tax # are required to complete an application.
You may fill the form out online, or print it and fill it out by hand. Please deliver or mail it to Duncan Town Hall at 506 SE Old West Hwy. Duncan, AZ 85534 with payment. Your license will not be activated until payment is received. You can also email the completed application to atraughber@townofduncan.org.
