The Town of Duncan welcomes small business and entrepreneurship. Our annual business license fee is only $50, whether for a commercial location or a home-based business. A license must be issued before you can lawfully engage in business in the Town of Duncan. Licenses are not transferable. A separate license is required for each business. The annual business license fee for businesses selling liquor is $125.
The annual business license fee is payable by December 31st of each year, for the following year. Federal ID # and State of Arizona Sales Tax # are required to complete an application.

You can also email the completed application to atraughber@townofduncan.org. Your license will not be valid until the application is approved and payment is received.
