Duncan Senior Center

The Duncan Senior Center, located at 214 High Street, is temporarily closed to help protect our senior citizens from exposure to coronavirus. We will announce here and on the Town of Duncan Facebook page when the free lunch program and exercise classes resume.
The Senior Center is housed in one of Duncan’s historic homes, built by the Parks Family. The family of Jennie Parks Ringgold recorded and published her richly detailed memories of the earliest white settlements in what would become Duncan, including conflicts with Apache escapees from a nearby containment camp and her sheriff father’s run-ins with criminals of all types. You can buy a copy of “Frontier Days in the Southwest” at the Duncan Public Library.
