ORTHOPHOSPHATE SYSTEM ADDITION
General Notice
The Town of Duncan (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction for the addition of an orthophosphate system to the
Bids for the construction of the project will be received by email to the Engineer at office@adcwater.com, until August 6, 2026, at 2:00 PM Mountain Standard Time.
Please note that Each Bid shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier’s check, or Bid Bond in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total bid amount as a guarantee that the Bidder will enter into a Contract if awarded, in accordance with A.R.S. § 34-201.
Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive informalities, and to accept the Bid deemed in the best interest of the Town.
Obtaining the Bidding Documents
Information and Bidding Documents for the Projects can be obtained by contacting ADC Wastewater Engineering, Engineer, with Contractor Name, Contractor Contact, Contractor Physical Address, Contractor Mailing Address, Contact Phone Number, and Contractor Email Address at: office@adcwater.com
A ShareFile with Password will be provided to allow Bidding Documents to be downloaded by the potential bidder. The designated ShareFile will be updated periodically with addenda, lists of registered plan holders, reports, and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the Project. An email regarding updates will be sent to all registered entities that submitted their data to obtain access to the Bidding Documents when such updates are placed in the ShareFile. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the designated ShareFile. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from any other sources. Bidders are solely responsible that they are bidding using the complete set of documents provided.
Hard copies of the Plans, Specifications, and Bid Documents will be available for review during normal business hours at the Town of Duncan office, 506 SE Old West Hwy, Duncan, Arizona. Copies will not be available at this location.
Pre-bid Conference
A non-mandatory pre-bid conference for the Project will be held via a Teams meeting on Thursday, July 16, 2026, at 1:00 pm. Registered Plan Holders will receive the pre-bid meeting invitation by Wednesday, July 15, 2026, emailed to their registered email address. Attendance of the pre-bid conference is encouraged but not required. Bidders questions must be submitted by July 27, 2026 at 4:00pm.
