506 SE Old West Hwy Duncan, Arizona 85534Pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the members of the Town of Duncan Town Council and to the general public that the Duncan Common Council will hold a Regular Meeting open to the public at Duncan Town Hall on Thursday, May 9, 2024, at 4:00 p.m.
Pursuant to Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) the Town of Duncan does not discriminate on the basis of disability in the administration of its programs or services. 1. Call to Public: Those wishing to address the Council should fill out a “Request to Address the Council” form and present it to the Town Clerk prior to the beginning of the meeting. The mayor will recognize the person wishing to speak during the Call to the Public item shown on the agenda. Time permitting, each presentation will be given approximately three (3) minutes. No action or Council discussion will result from the public comments or matters not listed on the agenda.
2. Consent Agenda: All items on the consent agenda are considered to be routine matters and will be enacted by one motion of the Council. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless a Councilmember or member of the public requests, in which event the item will be removed from the consent agenda and considered in its normal sequence on the agenda.
